It’s hard to believe that another year has come to an end. As I reflect on the past 12 months, I can’t help but think about all the new apps that have significantly impacted my work.
These apps have been a game-changer, from streamlining event planning to helping me keep track of my time.
First up on my list is Eventbrite. If you have yet to try it, you’re missing out. Thanks to its convenient QR code technology, this app has made it so easy to check in guests at events.
We recently used it to check in almost 200 guests at our annual Christmas party, and it was a breeze.
Next, I have to give a shoutout to Airtable. This app has saved me countless hours in maintaining and updating records. With just a few taps, I can generate the report I need in seconds. It’s a total lifesaver.
Of course, I can always remember Slack. I’ve been studying this app’s various use cases, which perfectly fit our organization’s setup. It’s a great way to stay connected and collaborate with my colleagues, and it’s a sleeping giant in business communication.
On the subject of productivity, I also have to mention Jibble. I originally paid attention to this app because of its reasonable pricing scheme, but after giving it a try, I’m curious if it’s the right fit for our organization.
It’s a solid time-keeping alternative, but I might switch to something else.
Finally, I have to mention Gamma. This app has quickly become my go-to for creating microlearning materials. It’s better than Keynote or PowerPoint, and I love that it’s so user-friendly.
All in all, it’s been a fantastic year filled with new experiences and growth. These apps have played a significant role in helping me stay organized, productive, and on top of my work, and I can’t wait to see what new tools will come along in the future.
